- First and last name of parents and student (when signing up for a trial class).
- Contact phone number and email address.
- Child's age (for age group assignment).
- Browser technical data: device type, IP address, cookies, pages visited (via standard Google Cloud web logs).
3. Purpose of processing
- Contacting you to schedule classes and answer enquiries.
- Organising the learning process and informing you about studio events (rehearsals, concerts, festivals).
- Fulfilling contractual obligations.
- Improving the website (aggregated statistics).
4. Legal basis for processing
Consent of the data subject, given by submitting the website form or by contacting the studio in another way (phone, messenger, personal visit). Consent may be withdrawn at any time via the email address above.
5. Disclosure to third parties
Personal data is not shared with third parties except as required by Ukrainian law. The website is hosted on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure (European region), which may retain technical logs in accordance with its own policies. When the contact form is submitted, an external IP geolocation service (ipapi.co) is used exclusively to prevent abuse and spam, without storing data on our side.
6. Retention period
Contact data is retained for the duration of our active relationship and for three years after the last contact or until consent is withdrawn. Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days.
7. Data subject rights
Under Art. 8 of Law No. 2297-VI you have the right to: know who controls your data, receive information about processing conditions, access your data, object to processing, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent. Please contact us at info@liberta-dance.com.
8. Cookies and analytics
The website does not use cookies and does not store local state in the user's browser. No third-party analytics systems (Google Analytics etc.) are connected. If this changes, we will update this document and add a cookie banner if required.
